The Chicopee Historical Society’s mission is to aid residents in the rediscovery and preservation of their history in the City of Chicopee, Massachusetts. In pursuit of that mission, the Society organizes programs for all ages and aids in local research through our docents and archives.

Join us for our Spring program series. Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. at the Chicopee Public Library. On March 18, The Life of Maude Tait: A Lecture. On April 15, The Hessians in the American Revolution: A Living History program. On May 20, Unveiling the Inshaw Rifle: a lecture and ceremony. On June 17, annual meeting & elections.
